Very recently built, the building is made up of three comfortable apartments (“Vento”, “Marea” and “Luna”) provided with all the necessary comforts to guarantee a perfect holiday. Every apartment is composed of a spacious living room whit a kitchenette, a space for lunch /dinner and a comfortable double sofa bed, a spacious bedroom and a large bathroom. The apartments are also provided with a parking space and a suitable outdoor space whit a canopy and garden furniture. Moreover, they all have extras such as air-conditioning, mosquito nets, led TVs, washing machines, wi-fi, two showers, one internal and the other external. The apartment “Vento” has a sea view.

Il Tramaglio Holiday House awaits you in every season. From July to September 13, minimum booking of 5 nights. From 13 September onwards, minimum 3-night booking. A deposit is required (previously agreed) as a deposit. Total balance due upon arrival at the facility. There is a deposit to be redeemed on departure, after deduction of any damage caused to the property. The municipality of Melendugno provides a tourist tax of € 1 per person per day, exempting minors within the sixth year and holidaymakers over the age of 75.
